Welcome to Oz Pet Co. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ozpetco.com.au and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Oz Pet Co is a trading name of Oz Brands Co (ABN 67 745 448 747), an Australian-registered business. You can reach us any time through our contact page.

Products, pricing and availability

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). We do our best to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or description error affecting your order, we will contact you before dispatch and offer to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Product availability can change without notice.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or we cannot deliver to your address. Where we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will refund you in full.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times, costs and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds

Your options for returns, refunds and exchanges are set out in our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality and match their description.

Your consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Oz Brands Co and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Oz Pet Co is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products.

Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
